Jake's background in operations management, compliance and technology gave him a practical understanding of how organisations work — and how fragmented systems, unclear accountability and manual processes hold them back. Having managed multi-site operations and supported large public-sector partnerships, he helps leadership teams clarify priorities, strengthen accountability and build the systems and processes needed to make change hold. Much of the thinking behind Pulse came from these experiences, leading Jake to focus on practical technology that helps organisations gain greater control over operations, compliance and reporting.
